Our Center concentrates also on curative stays for families with children, seniors and individualists.

Culture: gallery, cloister library, spring, sommer and autum music festivals of organ and spiritual music

Sport: fitness and solarium, table tennis, from spring till autum bicycling in Jizera Mountains, open air pool  (200 m far from the Center), in winter cross country skiing (near the Center cross country tracks)

The Jizera Mountains has an ideal terrain also for seniors. In sommer and winter season is possibly to use a line-bus, which runs in to the edge of central part of Jizera Mountains to "Smědava-chalet". From there you can use the opportunity of a lot of trips, e.g. to the Small Jizera Village, to the highest Mountain Smrk (1124 m) etc.

Some routs are modified for dollymen.

In surroundings  you can make  a lot of trips, e.g. to Ořešník mountain (800 m), Frýdlantské Cimbuří mountain, to cascades of Big and Little Štolpich etc.
